Dr. Zeng has over 15 years’ experience as a geologist both within the resource industry and academia. With his solid academic background, practical skills and extensive networks, Dr. Zeng has an excellent reputation for introducing high quality assets into the Chinese market. Consequently he has built up strong connections to Chinese financial and mining industries, including major SoE’s and private companies.

Director
Dr. He has over 12 years’ experience in Earth Sciences, chemical trading and resources investment advisory service. She holds a PhD
in Geochemistry, a MS in Geochemistry,
and a BS in Mineral Resources Exploration. With comprehensive geological understanding, Dr. He is engaged in financing mergers and acquisitions, and recommends high-quality projects to investors. Skilled in managing investment relationships, she also manages the administration of GeoSmart Consulting Pty Ltd.
